Tyler Middleton
Service Manager

With a degree in Technology, Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, and more than 11 years in IT support and service, Tyler is well-qualified for his role as Service Manager. He has extensive knowledge of servers, network and system administration, firewalls, and troubleshooting all of the above. “Your support experience with NetLink Solutions is my main focus. I am here to ensure that your support requests are handled and you receive a premier IT experience.”



Kelly White
Network Operations Specialist

With four years in the Managed Service field, Kelly has learned to recognize and eliminate issues before they slow or stop production environments. In those situations where prevention and early detection were unable to eliminate a problem, Kelly is also proficient in backup and recovery management. “I value keeping our clients’ systems updated to enhance protection and performance. I would love the privilege of keeping your environment as issue-free as possible.”


William 'BJ' Wright
Technical Client Specialist

BJ has worked in the Managed Services Provider industry for four years and has a decade of experience in the IT field. He enjoys working with the clients and the employees at NetLink Solutions. A few of his roles at NetLink Solutions include Server Administration, IT Security and Incident Response. "I believe in this team and what we can achieve together."

Along with four years of IT experience, Sami is currently pursuing his bachelor's in Cyber Security. He will get to the bottom of your issue and resolve it correctly. Eric Stearnes
Technical Client Specialist

Eric has been in the customer service industry for 15 years, four of which were in IT service.  His specialty is third-party applications and desktops.  His colleagues often refer to him as the “QuickBooks Guru” due to his extensive knowledge supporting QuickBooks products. “I especially enjoy working for medical clients and the additional IT challenges of the medical field.  I’m excited to be working with my teammates at NetLink Solutions.  These are some of the most dedicated employees I have been blessed to work with.”


Cody Jones
Technical Client Specialist

Cody brings eight years in the customer service industry, and two years specifically in IT service.  He is a certified Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and delivers excellent support to his customers. “I enjoy the challenges presented in the day-to-day functions in IT and making sure everything is working properly so clients see no downtime. ”


Kyle Corcoran

Kyle shares our client-centric philosophy and his addition will enhance our capabilities to deliver superior performance. He has more than five years of customer service experience and one year in the managed service provider industry. Currently Kyle has four Microsoft certifications and will complete more in the near future. "It's a privilege to be part of such a hard working team. Casey Lawson
Office Manager

With nearly 10 years of banking/bookkeeping experience under her belt, Casey contributes her strong financial background to our team.  She will be your main contact for all things money related at NetLink Solutions and is very meticulous with client accounts.  When not knee-deep in financials, Casey keeps our team in line (as much as humanly possible) by serving double-duty as our HR ninja.  “It’s fantastic to come to work each day knowing we are all working toward the same goals and putting our clients first.”

In addition to 12 years of administrative experience, Tori also brings her knowledge of recruiting and staffing to our business.
