NetLink is currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Helpdesk technician
Requirements: Willingness to learn, great attitude, able to follow direction and dependable.

Heldesk technicians are our first line of support. These technicians answer inbound calls and reply to inbound emails while performing entry level support items such as, but not limited to: password resets, printer troubleshooting, monitor troubleshooting, basic software issues, and installing Microsoft Office and other applications.

Other responsibilities include assisting junior and senior engineers with projects, documentation of daily tasks, and consulting with the Service Manager to improve processes. It is a fast-paced job that allows tech savvy and eager employees the opportunity to grow in technical knowledge.

Junior engineer
Requirements: MCP and a two-year degree, 2+ years working in IT. MSCA is preferred.

Senior engineer
Requirements: MCSA or four-year degree, 5+ years working in IT with at least 1 year being in MSP work. MCSE is preferred.
